Plunger -
For this method of extraction, we recommend a medium to coarse grind,
to gain the most crema from the bean. Once the water has boiled,
let it cool for a few minutes, so the coffee grinds don't burn. Pour
the water into your plunger. Gently stir, then go for the plunge
( it should feel firm to plunge , without letting it stand. Heat
your favorite cups with some hot water, and without further adieu,
pour a sexie coffie.
