COFFEE OF THE MONTH! Typically a coffee from Tanzania would be put into the same category of their coffee growing neighbours to the north, Kenya, bright winey acidity and lighter in body. However this is not the case with this bean coming from the south of Tanzania producing a more balanced cup medium in acidity and medium to heavy in body. The aroma is alive and fruity with a subtle earthiness; the aftertaste is slightly bitter sweet like a fine dark chocolate. It is enjoyable in a plunger or drip but most suited to stovetop or espresso to highlight the natural sweetness.
