Make this recipe to win the hearts of new friends and for first time non instant coffee drinkers- sensational!

(serves 1)
Ingredients:
1-2 heaped teaspoons lubberlie jubberlie drinking chocolate
Single shot of your favourite sexie coffie blend
Preparation:
1. Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons of lubberlie jubberlie drinking choc in a sexie coffie Vancouver mug
2. Add a little hot water and stir to form a thick syrup
3. Extract a single shot of your favourite sexie coffie blend place on top of the choc syrup
4. Texture your milk as if making a cappuccino
5. Pour the textured milk into your coffee and choc mix getting all of the nice dense micro foam into the cup but don’t fill it right to the top yet
6. Place a sexie stencil on the rim of the cup & using a cocoa shaker dust some lubberlie jubberlie over the top
7. Remove the stencil and top up the milk to form a nice domed top on your cup
8. Place on a saucer with a teaspon and sexie coffie sugar sticks
8 Mmmmmm lubberlie!
Hot tips
- For mugs use double the choc and a double espresso shot
- Make sure the extraction rate is right for the coffee you are using, if you are unsure ask one of our friendly staff
- Don’t get your milk too hot, use a thermometer and aim for 65’C
Sip of Sin
A simple recipe loved the world over, renamed by sexie coffie as it certainly is a wicked way to drink good coffee....
(serves 10, therefore great for guests, also can keep in the fridge for up to 5 days)
Ingredients:
1x 395ml can of sweetened condensed milk
10 regular long blacks, signature blend
Plunger of freshly brewed signature blend (for icecubes)
Preparation:
1. Pour condensed milk into a 2 litre jug
2. Proceed to make 10 regular sized long blacks and add to the jug of condensed milk
3. Whisk together until mixed thoroughly
4. Cover jug with cling wrap and allow to chill before serving
5. Pour plunger coffee into a ‘Cool Beans Ice Tray’
6. Place in freezer until hard
7. Place two cubes of coffee ice in a Bodum Pavina glass, gently pour over the chilled Sip of Sin
Vienna Coffee
Inspired by the Vienna coffeehouses ranking amongst the oldest in the Western world, this recipe embodies the Austrian habit of serving strong black coffee with cream. At sexie coffie we might not be making our Vienna coffees with melted snow from the Alps before we go skiing but with the chilly weather ahead for another month, what better way to indulge the imagination and the senses!
(makes 1 coffee so double if sharing with someone special)
Ingredients:
60 ml shot of long black espresso coffee
fluffy whipped cream
lubberlie jubberlie drinking chocolate
sexie coffie sugar sticks
Preparation:
1. Fill a regular coffee cup with hot water
2. Transfer measured water into a sexie coffie Vancouver mug
3. On your home espresso machine proceed to make a long black, by adding a 60ml shot in 25-30 seconds
4. Top the coffee with fluffy whipped cream
5. Sprinkle generously with lubberlie jubberlie drinking chocolate
6. Place on a saucer and serve with sexie coffie sugar sticks.

(serves 1)
Ingredients
20ml Chocolate Sauce
Scoop Ice Cream
10ml Caramel syrup
50ml Full cream Milk
Your favourite smashed up choc bar
Glass and straw
Preparation:
- Place ice cream in a blender jug
- Pour chocolate sauce over the top
- Add caramel syrup and milk
- Pulse twice
- Pour into a tall glass and add a straw, top with crushed choc bar- drink immediately!
