2008 EQUAL GOLDEN BEAN BRONZE MEDALLIST FOR ESPRESSO CATEGORY
This four bean blend is exceptional as a short black.
On the nose it has fruity and nutty tones with a rich sweetness. The creamy full body and balanced acidity smothers the palate enhancing the fruity chocolate tones.
As a milk based coffee, the acidity cuts through and resonates chocolate tones that dominate the palate.

2008 EQUAL GOLDEN BEAN SILVER MEDALLIST FOR AUSTRALIAN MILK BASED CATEGORY
Bundja Single Origin Coffee was sourced by Mountain Top Coffee in the NSW Northern Rivers Region.
Sweetness is the key to this coffee; well balanced against faint orange like acidity and creamy & smooth body. The coffee starts with a sharp fruity and tangy sweetness, with hints of spice which mellows as it cools to a distinct nutty flavour with slight floral notes.
Bundja is clean from start to finish which enhances the sharpness of the acidity and sweetness.
